Return Policy Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- If you receive an incorrect product that does not match the item description on our website or if the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product has manufacturing defects or arrives damaged, you must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition.
Refund Policy To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@aalaya.in within 48 hours of delivery. Your email should include the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return
- If applicable, attach images of the defective or incorrect product
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered for return or refund.
Damaged Packaging Upon Delivery If the product packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please inspect the product for any visible defects and retain all original packaging materials. Contact our customer care team with your order details and photos. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, refund, or a partial discount.
Return Pick-Up Arrangements We will arrange a reverse pickup for the returned product. Please follow the updates from our customer care team. Ensure that the product is packed securely in its original box to avoid any further damage during transit.
Replacement Option If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to exchange your product for the same or a similar item of equal value, provided there is a valid defect.
Refund Processing Time Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
